-Helsinki, Finland-

There is one of the main symbols of Helsinki-fountain Havis Amanda (Suihkukavio). Amanda personifies the city of Helsinki rising from the sea.

Kauppatori square means "market square". It is located closely to the sea. The square was formed on this place in the beginning of the XIX century.

Ok. See the guy with the umbrella. He is security for a lady on our ship.

CHECK her out. We saw her everyday and I tried so hard to take pics. Each day was a new color, and hat.

He's cute huh? teehee! I'm dying to know who she is!

Cute hats in the market, notice the lady staring at the "hat" lady

Vinny and the Uspensky Orthodox Cathedral

Wow. That's what you call bed-head. Rawr.

Completed in 1868 in the Katajanokka district of Helsinki, the Uspensky Cathedral is the largest orthodox church in Western Europe.

Climbing to Uspensky you can finally see the Cathedral, our next stop.

There it is! They call it the wedding cake church because of the tiers.

Inside the Uspenky Cathedral. With its golden cupolas and redbrick facade, the church is one of the clearest symbols of the Russian impact on Finnish

Chandelier in Uspensky

Wow. I wish I could be famous so someone could make a sculpture of me to shit on. Awesome.

Finally made it to The Cathedral

oooh...grumpy!

I look pregnant. Don't worry, I'm not. Too much cruise buffet I suppose.

hi!

Vinny in front of the Temppeliaukio Church (say that ten times fast...or once even)

I wish I could tell you this picture was sincere. That would be a lie.

Are you there God? It's me, Vinny

The ceiling is made of copper wire, it's amazing.

View from the second story...very peaceful place.

LOL!!! Vinny was concentrating so hard on taking a picture he forgot he was happy apparently.

Genuine smiles after seeing the before picture! lololol

The first of many hats to come...this one was a little small. Doesnt do much for the forehead.
